Can the trash bin box be installed on any surface?
We recommend installing Tivorbox on a flat and stable surface, such as a concrete pad, for the best results.
How do I maintain my trash bin box?
Your trash bin box is made from durable PVC, so it only needs an occasional rinse with water to stay looking great.
Can I use two sizes of trash cans—will it still operate with the larger trash can box?
Yes, you can use trash cans of different sizes, as long as each can is no larger than 96 gallons. The box is designed to work seamlessly, as the lid connects to the trash can lids and can be adjusted for proper operation.
Any issues if the box is on pavers as it is not completely level?
No worries! If the surface is uneven, our boxes come with adjustable feet made of boards up to 15 inches long. These allow you to easily level the box, ensuring it sits securely and evenly on any surface.
Do you bolt the box to the ground?
Yes, our boxes can be securely fastened to a concrete base using metal brackets, which are included with the box. This ensures stability and keeps the box in place, even in windy conditions.
What is the Wind Rating?
Our box for 3 trash cans weighs approximately 290 pounds, providing significant weight and stability. While it is not specifically rated for extreme wind conditions, the box is designed to be sturdy and secure.
Do you have labels for the box to know what is trash or recycle?
Yes, we can include labels for trash and recycling on the box for an additional fee. Just let us know when placing your order, and we will customize the labels to suit your needs.
