Made-to-Order Products

At Tivorbox, all products are made to order and customized to your specifications.
Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

When an order is placed, payment processing fees are charged immediately by the payment processor. These fees are non-refundable, even if an order is canceled before shipping.

Due to the high cost of our products, processing fees can be significant. Therefore:

• Orders canceled with a total value over $500 are subject to a 5% processing fee
• This fee reflects actual processing costs charged to us by the payment system
• The fee is non-refundable and cannot be recovered

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Returns

Because all Tivorbox products are custom-built and made to order, returns are not accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in crafting and delivering your Tivorbox.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

As all Tivorbox products are custom-made, we do not offer exchanges.

Processing & Shipping Times

Standard Orders: Processed within 2–3 weeks
Custom Orders: May require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order
Shipping: Most deliveries are completed within 8–15 business days, depending on location
